The Expendables poster

HELLO, Internet Viewers

Todays topic: Creating an Expendables movie poster!
  1. Firstly, me and my colleagues all took a photo of one another with a Green Screen in the background, as well as a light shining on one side of the face to create an effect. I did this so when we come to put our photographs on Photoshop it would be easier to edit.

  2. Secondly, I uploaded each photo of my colleagues on put them into Photoshop and used the magnetic lasso tool to make an outline and cut out the background so then I can move it to my chosen army background. I repeated this method for each person.

3. Once I added each person to my army background I arranged them so it'd look like the original expendables poster as well as adding the title and choosing a font that looks the same as the original text using the website Dafont.com. I then clicked the text button and a text box appeared and at the top of the screen I typed in the name of the font that I just downloaded then begin to type.

4. After adding the title I then used the spray tool to give the photo a subtle orange tint. I also used some templates from learning box to add some credits to make it look more cinematic. Using the internet I used Google.com to find an age certificate as well as WarnerBros logo and then adding them to my movie photo.
